ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Campaign Manager to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing paid media campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic Advertising as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices.

Equally important to paid media experience is the ability to communicate recommendations and analysis of performance to clients and colleagues alike.

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines and must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute paid search, paid social, programmatic ads strategies based on client needs and budget goals
    • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs through ongoing monitoring and optimization techniques, such as testing new platform opportunities, targeting, bid strategy adjustments, keyword research, and creative recommendations
    • Manage campaign structure, monitor budget pacing, and troubleshoot to resolve campaign issues across various platforms and media tactics, including paid search, social, display, video, and native
    • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Partner with client service teams to understand client KPIs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable format (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports)
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate on developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies and other campaign plans
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform campaign strategies as well as best practices to apply to campaigns

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid media advertising
  • Proven track record of managing large paid media budgets (exceeding $500K/month)
  • In-depth, recent knowledge of paid media platforms: Google Ads (search, display, and video), Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal teams

BONUS POINTS 

  • Experience in Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaign management
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint
